Mason Schwartz is a real estate and land use attorney who started with the Firm in 2014. He represents municipalities, developers and landowners throughout the State of Oklahoma on a wide range of litigation and transactional matters.

- Litigating eminent domain cases on behalf of public utilities, pipelines, developers and landowners.
- Litigating cases involving real property rights, including covenants and owners’ association disputes, adverse possession and boundary disputes, easement disputes, lease and contract disputes, etc.
- Representing developers and landowners in obtaining land use entitlements from municipalities throughout the State of Oklahoma
- Representing homebuilders in lobbying efforts related to State legislation and municipal zoning codes
- Consulting for municipalities on local development codes and comprehensive plans
- Consulting for developers and landowners on zoning and land use entitlements
- Drafting instruments and negotiating matters pertaining to real property, including residential and commercial covenants, deeds, leases, easements, releases of easements, etc.
- Drafting articles of incorporation and related documents for the formation of LLC business entities
- Presenting at professional seminars on right-of-way acquisition and land use law
